   │ tendered may still decrease, as shareholders who have accepted the     │
   │ offer have a right of withdrawal until all terms of the offer have     │
   │ been met. As previously reported in the DD announcement dated August   │
   │ 14, 2026, the right of withdrawal had already been exercised with      │
   │ respect to 229,365 tendered shares. On August 19, 2026, the paying     │
   │ agent subsequently reported that the right of withdrawal had been      │
   │ exercised with respect to an additional 1,000 shares. The total number │
   │ of shares to be acquired as part of ENNOCONN Corporation’s mandatory   │
   │ tender offer under the settlement is therefore 12,238,502.             │
